She has contributed research papers to journals of repute including Journal of Asia Business Studies, Indore Journal of Management, Vikalpa- The Journal for Decision Makers, Vision-The Journal of Business Perspective, Envision-International Journal of Commerce and Management, Business Analyst, Synergy Journal of Management, MAIMS Journal of Management, etc. She has presented papers in National/ International conferences on diverse areas of marketing and has received award for making a significant contribution to research in an International Conference on Marketing in Emerging Economies at IIM-Ahmedabad. She has authored a book titled ‘Marketing of Services: Quality Dimensions’ published by New Century Publications, New Delhi. She is a member on the Editorial Board of Amity Business Review of Amity Business School Noida.
